Reform Collective Fitness Studio (RPC Pilates Studio) ("we", "the studio") runs its booking app on Studiior, a studio management platform. This policy explains what the Reform Collective app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the app on the web, on your phone's home screen, and in the App Store and Google Play versions.
What we collect
When you create an account we ask for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number and a profile photo. When you use the app we record your bookings, cancellations, check-ins, waitlist entries, the plan or class pack you hold, and the payments you make. If you sign the studio waiver in the app, we keep your signature and the date. When you check in to a class from your phone, the app asks for your location once, to confirm you are at the studio. We keep only the distance from the studio in metres and your phone's reported accuracy; we never store your coordinates and we never track your location at any other time.
When you scan a check-in code or show your own, the app uses your camera on the screen you are on. Nothing is recorded or uploaded; the camera is used only to read the code in front of it.
If you buy something in the app, your card or e-wallet details are entered on Xendit's secure payment page, not in our app, and we never see or store them. We keep a record of the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card so you and the studio can see what was paid.
How we use it
To run your bookings and your membership; to send you booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers, receipts and account emails; to let instructors see who is in their class; to understand attendance so the studio can plan its timetable; and, only if you have ticked "news and offers", to send you studio news. You can turn that off at any time in your profile or with the unsubscribe link in any such email, and it never affects booking emails.
Who processes it
Your data is stored and processed by Studiior and its providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Xendit (payments). Each handles data only to provide the service. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertising in the app, and we do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account with the studio, and afterwards for as long as the studio is required to keep payment and attendance records under Philippine law. You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal information at any time; payment records we are legally required to keep are retained in anonymised form.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may object to its use for marketing.

Children
The app is intended for members aged 18 and over. Anyone younger uses the studio with a parent or guardian's consent and under their account.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for any material change, tell you in the app.
